I was diagnosed about two years ago, with a condition known as necrosis of the bone tissues of my right shoulder. In that time the condition has worsened, as I now experience pain now in both shoulders. When I move my arm in a natural and incidental movement of my arms I now feel it. I am 66 years old and I think that it will get worse. Of course my doctor suggested surgery, but he also said that the surgery would leave me with limited are movement. I don't want to go that route. I hope that the Reiki circle can help. I live in Statem Island, NY.

Thank you

Dear Group,

For most of my life , I have battled. deep depression, most recently autoimmune. disease Lupus which has left me terribly scarred emotionally and physically due to Lupus cystic acne.. I know there are others going through much worse but If you could find it to help me regain my life again, I would be most Grateful and appreciative for your help.

How I wish I could come to the church and recurve the healing in person but I don't have a car, in a bad place in my life right now, . I live here in Rockville about 2.2 miles away.... Hopefully, I'll be able to participate in the very near future..

I also do tarot card readings from home if anyone in the congregation is interested, I would be more than gracious and glad to read.
Thank you so much.

Best regards,

Holly

The best fitness tip for building up your arms is to work opposite muscles in opposite sets of each other. The best example would be to work the triceps and then the biceps. Each has the opportunity to rest while the other is being worked. This minimizes your time and maximizes your workout.

If you have sleep apnea, you need to know that you are not alone. Sleep apnea is fairly common and millions of people around the planet have it. If you have been wondering what a sleep apnea diagnosis means for your life, read on to learn what you need to know about it.

For people who are using a CPAP machine, you need to take notes to give to your doctor. If you experience any symptoms, like snoring, that were eliminated when you started using the CPAP machine and they come back, you need to let your doctor know. Only your doctor can properly assess any problems.

If you have sleep apnea, yet you drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes, quitting could alleviate your symptoms. Both smoking and drinking promote relaxation of the airways causing sleep apnea and excessive snoring. If you avoid these things, it may help your sleep apnea.

On easy way to help limit your sleep apnea is to stick to regular sleeping hours. When you stick to a sleep schedule that is steady and consistent, you will be more relaxed and sleep much better. Apnea episode frequency will be greatly reduced if you can get plenty of sleep every night.

If you tend to snore a lot and have difficulties staying asleep, you should go see your doctor right away. You might have a condition known as sleep apnea: find an effective treatment so you can get enough sleep and go through your daily activities without being held back by your health problem.

If you think that you may have sleep apnea, set up a video of yourself as you sleep. Just be sure that the video recorder has sound capability. When you wake up, look at the video, and if it seems like something other than snoring is going on, it may be time to go to the doctor.

An excellent way to help lessen the effects of sleep apnea is by losing weight. Sometimes, losing weight is all it takes to get rid of sleep apnea. Even a nominal amount of weight loss will go a long way in improving your breathing at night.

A great way to ensure that you do not sleep on your back and cause sleep apnea to occur is to use a tennis ball to prevent rolling onto your back. You can place one in a pillow behind your back and when you roll over in your sleep, the tennis ball will make you roll back on your side.

If simple changes in your lifestyle, such as regular sleep hours and losing weight, have not eliminated your sleep apnea episodes, it is time to consult with a sleep specialist. The specific causes of your sleep apnea can be evaluated, and an individual treatment plan can be designed for you.

By reading through the great sleep apnea tips found in this article, you are ready to face your problem head on. While you may not be able to rid yourself of the problem completely, you will feel more confident and start working towards that all-important goal, a good night's sleep.

Doctor Who is now considered a British Institute and has come a long way since it first aired on November 23rd 1963. The very first show saw the Doctor travel 100,00 years into the past to help some dim cavemen discover light. After 26 seasons and seven Doctors later the series came off our screens in 1989 much to the disappointment of the huge devoted fanbase. In 1996 an attempt was made to revive Doctor Who but it wasnt until June 2005 when it came back with a vengeance with Christopher Eccleston as the ninth Doctor that put the series back on the map as it were. It then went on for 5 years with David Tenant portraying the Doctor until 2010 when Matt Smith took over the role. Today it is still a great family show and has attracted many new fans.
